All payments and withdrawals are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks. Mixed Markets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our payment terms or show signs of fraudulent activity.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to manipulate markets, exploit bugs, or use technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other users.

Mixed Markets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct, including but not limited to:

• Collusion with other users
• Creation of multiple accounts
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Manipulation of market outcomes
• Fraudulent payment activities

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mixed Markets makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service and expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
